It doesn't look like you have done any music spacing (in Page View > Select All > Utilities > Music Spacing > Apply Note Spacing), and the staves in Page View need to be re-spaced (Tools > Staff > Respace Staves).

It would be easier to see and fix problems if you could upload the Finale file.

You can’t post a Finale doc, here on the Finale forum, but you can upload it to Dropbox or something similar, and post the link.

Like Michael suggested, apply Respace Staves.

Then, there are a few things to fix. A.o., Piano should be created in the ScoreManager, as a group.
