I submitted a support request ten days ago.

And another one recently.

It doesn't appear this product is being supported any more.

Is that correct, or does it normally take 1-2 weeks to respond to a support request.

Anyhow, my problems is that Personal Orchestra 5 takes several attempts to download without freezing, and upon extraction, there is no installation file.

Is there anyway to install into an existing player?

Tech support is way behind. I’ll leave it at that.

 

Have you tried turning off any virus detection apps you may have, before downloading?

Turned off antivirus and it worked perfectly.
