I no longer see the scroll bar that will allow you to change the time signature in Rebeam to Time Signature. Can Anyone help?

You are right: this is clearly a bug on the Mac. You'd have to use the Composite Time Signature box to define your time signature.

(This is not the case in Windows 7.)

Hey guys!

Yes, this is bug on El Capitan and Sierra which has been documented (FIN-3935). As Adrian suggested, the workaround is using the Composite Time Sig dialog box.
