I tried to buy Garritan Personal Orchestra 5 this morning from the UK. My payment was accepted but I haven't received any confirmation email or download and I can't get back into the account I created Please could someone from the team get back to me .

Hello!
It looks like you had set up multiple accounts in our system - I have found the old account and merged it into your new account under your current email address. You should now be able to log in and view your registration online as well as download the installer for the Garritan library.
