So I was searching the best way to NOT have score system dividers show up on parts.  Two days later I'm emailed this below from makemusic.com.  Chance or search engine mining?  Either way it was not helpful:-)  Amusing perhaps I will give it that.  But if it happens for every finale google search I do....:-)
