Yes, they do. Dorico can use any VST player, including ARIA. You'll need to load in the instruments you want to use, and assign expression maps to control the MIDI data triggered by various notation.

There are Playback templates for GPO5 and JABB on the Dorico forum, which have all the instruments configured, so you can just apply the template and have everything set up.
