In a score, converting a Bb clarinet part to a C Flute part

My score is a typical big band score with 5 saxes, 4 trumpets, 4 trombones and rhythm. I have the score finished and have my 1st alto also doubling on flute in several sections of the arrangement. Likewise, I have my 1st tenor also doing a double on Bb Sop. Clarinet. Now, I find I will need to change my 1st tenor part-double, to C-Flute, instead of Bb Clarinet, as currently written in the arrangement. How do I do this on the score? I have not extracted any individual parts, yet.

Are you sure you need to extract parts?

Finale has had linked parts since Finale 2007.

You can not use linked parts instead of extracted parts?

Peter, thanks so much. That worked very well and so simple! No, I was in error about extracting parts. I do not do that any longer. I do use the linked parts.
