Hello all
Parts extracted from a merged-files score. Time signature of last bar in 1st movement is same as 1st bar of 2nd movement. Parts do not show an initial time signature in the first bar of 2nd movement, even though a "final" bar line is displayed at the end of the 1st movement. Ditto for other movements. Been merging files for years, never encountered this problem before. Any solutions appreciated

Indeed the ScoreMerger should have done this automatically.
Fortunately the “manual” fix is simple:
Measure Tool.
Double-click the last measure of the first movement.
In the Measure Attributes, select the option Hide Cautionary Clefs, Key, and Time Signatures.
Similarly, go to the Measure Attributes for the first measure of the second movement, and choose
Time Signature: Always Show
