Things are ok on my desktop computers, I can see both GPO5 and JABB in the player, but not on my MacBook PRO. Having finally gotten JABB to install GPO5 no longer shows and the window seems to think it's not installed.
It sounds like you may be having an installation issue on your MacBook Pro. You should submit a case with us and we can troubleshoot this directly with you to get things up and running.
