I have Finale 2014. I recently bought a Yamaha PSR-E363 keyboard. It does not have midi out/in. It does have a USB out to host. Will it work as a controller with Finale? Thanks in advance for your input. Mike McGee

Best advice I can give is plug it in and try it. You won’t hurt anything.

The USB port should work, but don't forget to download and install the driver for your keyboard from the manufacturer's website.

You don’t mention Mac or Win. I don’t see Mac drivers but there’s a manual explaining how to connect to iOS which means that there the keyboard is Core Compliant (no Mac drivers needed).
