When I try to use menu shortcuts under the tg tools plug-in I get the following message "because the full tgtools plug-in collection is installed, this function is disabled. Please use the TGTools keyboard remapper instead, accessible via tgtool----options."

I cannot create shortcuts using the remapper. Please help.

What happens when you try to create the shortcuts?

(I am guessing you are using the 64-bit rather than the older 32-bit version of TG Tools.)

It’s on the web site what version is which. It’s not intuitive and you need to read the pages and follow the links till you get to the right download page. I’ll save you some time — v.3.00rc5 for Windows is found here:

what i can't figure out is how can i assign my own keyboard shortcuts?

i used to do it under plugins-->tgtool-->menu shortcuts

now it won't let me do it.

is there a way to uninstall the tg tools?

Always — but I don’t know where the file is located on a Windows machine. If someone doesn’t chime in quickly, use the Submit a request link at the top of the page to contact MakeMusic support directly.

On Windows I would look for it in C:\Program Files\MakeMusic\Finale\26\Plug-ins\TG Tools

There's not an option to uninstall it though.

OK now I messed up I think.

I deleted it from the folder and now can't find it. I tried reinstalling it from the website but that didn't work.
