Courtesy time signature and final bar

I want to have several movements of a larger work in the same file. I do this by clicking 'Insert Page Break' when starting a new movement. If the next movement has a different time signature, Finale shows courtesy time signatures at the end of the last bar of the preceeding movement. Also the display of a 'Final Bar' disappears and is moved to the final bar of the last movement.

1. How can I avoid a courtesy time signature at the end of a preceeding movement?
2. How can I avoid loosing the 'Final Bar' notation at the end of a preceeding movement?
3. Is this the best way to notate a work with more than one mouvement in one file?

1. In measure attributes for the last measure of a movement, you can choose that the courtesy time signature not be displayed.

2. Same answer as #1. in measure attributes you can select a final barline to be used in any measure of your choice.

3. IMO, no. I find it more efficient to keep each movement in their own file, when complete I print to PDF, then combine the PDfs into a single file.

@Jeffrey: thanks for your reply, I must have overlooked it. I worked with different files for different movements before, like you suggest. All in one movement seemed to have advantages but it turns out that it can also complicate matters.
