Hey folks,

I'm trying to get a title page template file (which is literally just a one page finale document with an example title page; no systems whatsoever) into a different project of mine using ScoreMerger.

It seems like no matter the settings, the "title page" file I'm adding in gets clumped on the end of the current project (even with a blank page already inserted at the front), and I can't seem to find a way to bring my imported title page to the front of the project!

Does anyone know of a way to do this?

Thanks in advance for your help!

PS. Running Finale v26 on Windows

Instead of using Scoremerger, have you tried using "insert a blank page" at the beginning of your score? You can find that option in the page Layout menu.

Hey Jeffrey, thanks for the reply.

So I have tried doing insert a blank page at the beginning of the score, but I'm trying to actually import that specific document because I really like the format of it, rather than trying to build it again from scratch.

How about using a PDF file as your final document. Print your score and your title page as PDF file, then in the PDF program, put the pages in the correct order.

That's definitely a workaround I can do, but I would rather a way to do it within Finale; it doesn't seem like it should be such a difficult task

Jeff has the right idea. It shouldn't be a big deal within Finale, but it is.
