Trying to get student discount. Have been denied by acceptance letter and my fees paid to my college. It’s my 1st semester & w/online school-there’s no picture college ID. Any suggestions-getting frustrates.

That's certainly not fair. Have you asked them what else would satisfy them, since Student ID card is obviously not happening?

Use the Submit a request link to contact Sales directly. This is a Users board and, while we can certainly sympathize, none of us can do anything about it.

 

Many educational institutions have a per-seat license covering the students while others offer the EDU discount through the student bookstore. Have you explored those options to see if either is available to you?

Thanks Mike, I looked for a number to call or email for direct contact-but everything kept pointing me to this forum. Hoping someone here may have encountered same & found a solution...
