Windows 10, Finale v27.4 The undo/red function is greyed out and not accessible in the Finale app. I've trashing the Preferences file may cause Finale to create a new one on re-boot. Where on the 'C' drive is the Preferences File located?
Before doing that, try shutting down the computer, waiting a couple of minutes, and rebooting. Note: this is NOT a simple restart!
I've seen that a few times. It usually happens when I am working with Lyrics but I can't duplicate the issue on demand. Quitting and restarting has worked for me but I'm on a Mac.
