Mon Sept 27.  Am unable to print finale document that I had printed before.  I changed on chord on page 2 but the whole document comes out blank.  I have version 26.3.1. Serial# is HFEA-SCZ92JW9.  This problem just started today.  I own a Mac and the operating system is Mac OS Big Sur Version 11.5.2.  I have had version 26 quite a while but today I can no longer print a document.  It comes out blank.  My name is Robert  Rivera.

It looks like finale must have updated v26 for Mac I tried to print another old document and only. got back to staves.  Other applications like emails and Microsoft Word documents seemed okay.

NOT a good idea to publish your serial number here. This is a public forum. You should Comment > Edit your original post to delete the serial number. If you want to send someone your serial number, use the more private "Submit a request" link to communicate with Finale Support directly.

Robert,

 

Have you restarted the computer since this problem appeared? You might also try recreating the Preference file.

It may be the Big Sur update. The current version is 11.6 with a Security Update released yesterday.

 

Finale 27 addressed a few major printing issues on the Mac. You can download it for evaluation and see what happens. You can always reinstall 26.
