Version: 27.2

OS: Mac with Big Sur (11.6.5)

Problem: When I write a tie across two bars and use "tr" it trills one measure on playback then plays a single note for the second measure.  When I try to use the extension it appears as one small bit and I cannot extend it.  When I open it up to change the parameters the "copy main symbol" is greyed out.

Are you sure you are using a tie and not a slur?

Have you tried the trill in the Smart Shapes, with the wavy line if you drag the mouse to the right ?

The problem is when I try to use that smart shape it does not have the handle to drag it to the right, it has a single box and it opens the options but the one to copy horizontally is greyed out.

Have you tried to select the trill (Smart Shape), double click on the score, hold the mouse down and drag to the right?
