Of course, if we knew the little details like what Finale version, what platform, what OS, we could look into it. Just sayin'...

Try opening an empty Finale file and see if your articulations are ordered the same. Since this is a throw-away test file, delete all the articulations and try loading in various articulation libraries to see if they look the same or provide the symbols you need.

Finale has for some time allowed users to adapt and reorder their library symbols, so this may explain what you are seeing on your system, but pulling in a new articulation library may help you decide where to go with this.

One thing to note is that if you add a new library on top of an old one, the new symbols (even duplicates) appear lower down on the selection screen that those previously installed.
