Welcome to the forum! Have you viewed the Finale document in Scroll View? - or in Page View? - or both? With the Staff Tool you can delete unwanted staves. Have you tried that?
Document menu > Document Options… In the Document Options, click on Grace Notes. When you get to Document Options - Grace Notes you can set the Playback Duration. Try e. g. 128 EDUs.
