After testing with Garritan libraries and the ARIA Player with M1-based Macs running Rosetta 2, we found that there are no issues preventing the use the installation and use of these products on these systems.

 

It is currently not possible to use plug-ins that rely on Rosetta 2 and M1 native host applications at the same time. If you rely on third-party host software and hardware devices when using the Garritan libraries and the ARIA Player, it is recommended to check with the manufacturers of these products for their specific guidelines regarding macOS 11 and Apple Silicon M1.
