If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it by navigating to the login page at MakeMusic websites and clicking the Forgot your password? link. Enter your email address on the following page and a temporary password will be emailed to you. Please note that only valid email addresses can be used for setting up accounts and resetting passwords. In order to ensure delivery of the email with your temporary password, please make sure team@makemusic.com is added to your Allowed Sender's list (managed by network administrators in most cases).
You can then use your email address and temporary password to log into your account. Once you've logged in, you can change your account password for future use.
You can also contact Customer Success to reset your password for you. However, in order to increase data privacy and account security, all passwords for MakeMusic accounts are encrypted. Due to this, MakeMusic staff does not have access to account passwords and is unable to provide information about existng passwords.
