After extracting the Finale bundle installer using the Windows built-in extraction tools, some users will see an "Access Denied" error message when launching the FinaleSetup.exe application.
To get around this error message, you can run FinaleSetup.exe as an administrator using these steps:
- Right-click on the FinaleSetup.exe application and choose Run As Administrator.
- A User Account Control (UAC) prompt appears, asking "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" Choose Yes.
After following these steps, the Finale Bundle Installer will appear, and you can then resume your installation.
