This is a known issue that is caused when the Timbre (CFX) or Timbre Effect (CFX Lite) knob is set to something other than 50%. A second note will appear pressed in addition to the note that you have clicked in the keyboard UI in the Player window (as depicted above).
This will not actually playback multiple notes, and will only occur when clicking the keyboard in the Player window with your computer mouse.
