Finale v26 is considered compatible and is fully supported with macOS 10.14 Mojave.
Finale v25.5 is considered compatible and is fully supported with macOS Mojave 10.14. Currently, there is a known issue that can cause Finale to crash when using the OPTION key to enter in certain font characters.
This crash can be avoided by going to Text > Insert > Symbol to select the needed character. If you are entering diacritical symbols (é or â for example) you can also choose these characters by holding down the needed letter and then selecting the proper character from the diacritical symbol menu that appears.
All previous versions of Finale notation products—including Finale/PrintMusic 2014.5 and prior—are not considered compatible with this macOS and are not supported.
