macOS Ventura 13.0

Hello friends

After installation of Ventura, error msg "Finale is damaged" 

Downloaded a new copy from MakeMusic, installed it over the old one. 

Now the playback cursor is no longer coordinated with the sound coming out of the speakers. Cursor now gets way ahead of the sound.  (using Garritan Personal Orchestra).   Also, the playback controls no longer work reliably.  Pressing the "stop play" button has no effect until several bars later, and then "all notes off" has to be selected to get the sound to stop.

Went to System Settings/Privacy and Security/Developer Tools/   --   added Finale to the list,  "Allow the applications below to run software locally that does not meet the system's security policy."   No change to the playback problem.
