I have an older version of print music for windows. I still have the CD and code. I now use a mac book pro. When I try to upload from the CD, it lets me go almost all the way but wont let me use it. When I enter the user code, I get a message that the code is already in use. How can I get my software onto my mac?

PrintMusic only allows one authorization. If you still have your older computer, deauthorize PM on that one, and you should be able to authorize it on the new one.

 

If you no longer have that computer, you will have to contact tech support, and they can do it at their end.

Hi Roger,

I'm with the MakeMusic Customer Success team. I'm sending you an email to open a support ticket about this. I think Mike is right on the money with his reply. If you could, please reply to that email with your PrintMusic serial number, and we'll see if we can clear your old authorization for you!
