I'm running Finale 25 on Windows 10.
I tried the link you posted but didn't find it helpful; there is no menu called MIDI/Audio > Audio Units Banks & Effects.

ARIA is loaded now (not sure how), but it still won't play. I'm not sure what to do next.

PS - This was a lot easier when MM provided phone support. It's frustrating to do this over email when a phone call would fix it much more quickly. I don't know what info to tell you, and you guys have to ask troubleshooting questions one by one... and wait for my reply... and then I wait for your reply...

You may have already seen this, but I sent you a private follow up. I also wanted to thank you for your feedback and let you know that I corrected the KB article I had sent. It incorrectly said "Audio Units" under the Windows steps instead of "VST," so that has been corrected now.
