I am arranging a piece, and have an A. Sax 1 and 2 part. Would like them to be on the same part as there is not that much divisi. When I play the part back play back only plays one note. Is there a fix for this?

We would probably have to see the file, to figure it out. (There is no reason I can think of, offhand.)

If your instrument is a "solo" instrument, it may not have the capability to play two notes at once. SOme of the solo instruments are (or at least were) like that.

To continue using Garritan, another option would be to write the bottom notes of your divisi in Layer 2, then you could assign Layer 2 to a separate channel in Score Manager and assign a second instance of the same patch:
