We need more information on what isn't playing back correctly. There are different ways to call up audio.

Please describe exactly how your Finale file is set up.

Cubase (if I recall correctly) prefers an ASIO driver; Finale usually does better on Windows with DirectSound. Check in the MIDI/Audio > Device Setup > Audio Setup and see which driver your copy of Finale is using.

It worked good in this buffer size. The sound now is with noice disterbtions (Like when the buffer size is small, even when I yous 8000. As I said - the soundcard Quad Capture works well in the Windows and the Cubase. So, I must think that something in Finale should be setup in accordance

Your Audio Setup window does not look like mine for F2014.5 (my header bar is not solid blue). Are you sure you are using full Finale 2014.5 and not PrintMusic?

If you are using full Finale 2014.5, perhaps you should re-install it to make sure you don't have some sort of hybrid; of if you are using a non-US version, use the "Submit a request" link at the top of the page to let MM advise you directly.
