Windows 7, Print Music 2004

I can't register the product because the school will not allow an online registration because of the firewall that we have.

I have gotten no human being for support on the phone. It is automated and of no help to me.

The phone registration still requires an Authorization Code which I can find nowhere.

Clicking that button in no way Guarantees that Support will continue to answer your questions after the initial contact. It shouldn't take Support 2 days to answer an email (and counting)

Uh... Yesterday was a holiday. I'm going to guess that MM was closed. Today would be Day 1 for any request placed between Friday afternoon and Monday, Feb. 20.

Shouldn't your school have instructions for this? Print Music 2004 is 13 years old and Win 2007 is ten— you can't be the first person with this issue.

Pc is not on line

Didn't register within  30 days

I can't print off me pc cause I'm not registered 

Pc is off line

I do not want to waste the $$ that I paid for this print music program

Please  help  ty

I have gotten a response from you guys

and its related to registering when you're not online

it wants my

serial number and

software registration user code

and then you guys will give me

authorization code

Also, we have to do this online

but I appreciate your patience

I'll call tomorrow or Monday,

if you guys and girls do not work on Saturday
