I can't find the menus!  I am using Finale PrintMusic on a Mac running Sierra.  I've been trying to do things like make the time signature disappear and remove the note stems, but everything I look at says to go to the document menu.  When I click on the "document" tab on the tool bar all I get is a very basic dropdown menu (see attached).  I get this dropdown regardless of which tool I've selected.  If I choose the "staff" tool and do a contra-click I get another menu, but still doesn't have many choices.  Any ideas?
