PrintMusic14/Windows10: Computer died;will not reset/restart. Bought new computer

How do I request deauthorization of software on totally failed computer to install on new one?

Instructions are to start computer on which software resides and request deauthorization.

All help focuses on forums and FAQs. Unsafe to present authorization code in public forum.

Is there a contact email address or phone number or is PrintMusic now an orphan product?
