I purchased finale and fully installed it on two brand new computers. Shortly after, one computer was stolen and the other one hacked. After I got the hacked computer fixed, i tried reinstalling finale but it wont recognize my authorization. Then i went to the website to get help, and it told me to go to the help section on the finale menu to fix this. However, this section, at least on my computer, has only an authorization section and not a deauthorization section. So whenever i try to authorize it after reinstalling and following all the proper procedures carefully, it still wont let me authorize it, telling me that it has already been authorized on 2 computers. But one of the computers is the one that i'm using already. Please help me or my $500 is wasted.

Click the "Submit a request" button at the top of this window. That way, you'll be communicating directly with a human being who will help you get things sorted out.

I need a human being as I am having authorizing and deauthorizing my 2 copies I paid for of Finale - I called for phone chat help and they told me I have to send an email request -

No phone help, anymore. You have to do it by mail. Use the Submit a Request tab at the top of the page.
