I am incredulous upon buying YET ANOTHER upgrade (25)  after 20 yrs of being a customer, the error messages are still

"Enigma Error  -200"       "Enigma Error  -1"   (and why are error numbers negative?)

Cannot Create Folder

Event ID 1002

Can Finale developers not spend a few minutes to edit their error messages to a BKM format of: what it found/what it wanted/how to fix or a link to a solution.

Files that worked in my previous version, get these obtuse errors.

The discussion comments here are not helpful and just rub salt into our error wounds.

In the olden days, we could call Finale and get useful help.
