I have PO5 on a Mac running OS 10.13.2 and latest version of Sibelius. All drums sound like a snare drum (any line or space) and no bass (bass viol) will sound at all. Trumpets, trombones and concert grand sound just fine.
I’ll go out on a limb here, and say that this forum is for Garritan issues on Finale, rather than Sibelius...
