Using Windows 10 and Finale 25

How do I close the grey measure number bar running across the top of my scores

I don't have Finale 25, but I'll guess that option is available in the Preferences or in the View Menu.

Do any of you know how to simply change the font size of the measure bar? I feel like it is screaming at me with 24-28 (?) point font. The subtleties of fung shui are appreciated.
