Hello

 

I am working in quite a large project where I have to transcribe a symphonic score for symphonic brass band.  Whilst trying to use my Mass Mover Tool to shift notes, the following message came up:  

While attempting to access “EnigmaTemp834400744” the File Manager reported an error.

Finale - Error occurred. ID = -15

I run a i7 Macbook with Sierra 

System Version: macOS 10.12.4 (16E195)

  Kernel Version: Darwin 16.5.0

 

Any ideas

Could you tell us what version of Finale you are using?

-15 is a generic Mac OS error. I've seen many causes and as many fixes.

 

Best to use the Submit a request link at the top of the page to send this to MM support.
