That sounds like a notification from our old support portal from a knowledge base article that no longer exists. The majority of those knowledge base articles have been ported over to our new help center (which is where we are chatting right now), and you can use the search bar at the top of the page to search for topics.
If you find an article that addresses an issue you want to stay up-to-date on, you can click the Follow link at the bottom of the article to subscribe to it.
