I've recently upgraded PrintMusic Finale 2014 from the 2011 version. I've gone through all the steps- paid for the upgrade, and  authorized and registered the new upgrade as requested. 

The problem is that when I open PrintMusic Finale 2014, I still get the window telling me that I only have 27 more days of trial.... 

Can someone tell me why I'm getting this notice??

Contact MM via the "Submit a request" link at the top of this page for help with authorization issues.

 

(Do it soon and realize this is a holiday weekend.)

And remember that you have almost a month to get it straightened out. So, don't panic if they don't get back to you right away.

You have to enter your serial number again. If that doesn't work, temporarily disable antivirus and see if that does it -- the license server must see your system. 

 

What is your OS?
