When creating handbell scores in Finale 25 (in Windows), the plug-in for creating a Handbells Used Chart is no longer including parentheses around enharmonic equivalents, even when "Display enharmonic versions of same pitch separately" is checked. It includes both notes, but all previous versions of Finale added the customary parentheses around the two notes. This is still the publishing standard for handbell music.

Am I missing an option for turning the parentheses on and off? Or has Finale dropped the parentheses from the Handbells Used Chart?

Just a guess, but it's likely that some of the plugins included with Finale 25 and those sold by some 3rd party individuals aren't completely compatible with the new 64 bit application. I'd suggest that if you have a previous version of Finale installed where this feature worked, run the plugin using that version, then open the resulting file in Finale 25.

And if this turns out to be the case, open a support ticket with MM by using the tab at the top of this page.
