I am a music director at a church and am looking to purchase Finale. I used my personal Finale in college, but my church wants to purchase it for the pastor, organize and music director to use. How would I purchase the program so we can all three use it on different devices? Is it a license thing or what?

I suggest that you contact the folks in Customer Support.

 

Normally a purchase of Finale allows for having two simultaneous authorizations.

Yes, it's a licensing thing. As Peter has suggested, contact MM directly. Use the Submit a request link at the top of the page. Sales or Support will get back to you, no doubt. It appears that you need licenses for three people.

 

I was a long time church music director and managed licenses for our software. I found (Finale Music at the time) accommodating to our needs.
