I have finale 2010 on my old laptop.  I cannot de-authorize it because the laptop is dead.  Nothing is accessible.  I have all the old information - Serial number, User Code and Authorization Code.  Plus the information on the new laptop.  I need to get my old program onto the new computer.

You will need your CD. Versions before 2012 are not downloadable.

 

This assumes a PC as Finale before 2014 cannot be installed over the current Mac OS.

 

Log into your MM User Account. Click on Manage Authorizations. You should be able do deauthorize old installations there.
