So I have noticed that after I play something in Hyperscribe, in the playback, it plays back exactly what I played in hyperscribe, and even though it adds the right notation, the playback is slightly off because Finale took the audio instead of the notation that was displayed. Anyway to fix this? I hope my question was understandable.

If I understand you correctly, you want to hear in playback a “dead”, “mechanical”, mathematically rhythmically correct performance, rather than your (human) Hyperscribe interpretation, right?

 

Selection Tool.

Select All.

Edit menu > Clear Selected Items…

In the window Clear Selected Items, de-select everything, and select MIDI Data.

Another avenue to explore is in the MIDI/Audio > Human Playback settings.
