In the mean time, do download the eval copy. Not only will this focus your questions but it will allow the answers to make sense and will allow us to reference the help files.

If you already own a Finale package (and have a serial number) you can use the "Submit a request" link at the top of the page to contact MM Reps directly with your questions. They have been prompt getting back to me and very helpful when I need it, but we have never needed to talk in person, and I expect those occasions would rarely happen.
