Dear Finale,

I downloaded the whole version 25.5 - 3.0 GB, and tried to install it on my mac and it says installation failed contact producer. I have MacBook Pro with 10.12.06 Sierra.

Make sure you have turned anti-virus programs off while you download.

Downloads do fail. Antivirus is often the culprit but it can be anything—or nothing at all.

 

You can also try using a different browser. If you were updating from a previous version such as 2014.5, don't use Chrome. 

Going from 25.4 to 25.5 is not an issue with any browser. You're back to the fact that sometimes, downloads just fail.
