Finale 25.5 printing issue with Mac

I just upgraded to 25.5, and am using Mac OS El Capitan. My choral score is on letter size paper, but when I go to print it or to save as a pdf the top margin is pushed down by about 1/2 inch, cutting off the bottom of the page, of course. I have years of experience with Finale, and this never happened with previous versions. I have double checked all settings, margins, etc; and although when I view the score in Finale all is well, the problem occurs, whether previewing the pdf or actually printing. When I save the score to pdf it also happens. I am on a deadline and need to get this issue fixed soon; it is not something that should require a "workaround."

Are the page sizes the same both in page setup and print setup?

Preferences>"Save and Print" make sure "Use Finale's Page Orientation Instead of the Printer's Page Orientation" is NOT checked.

Thanks. Yes, page sizes are the same in page setup and print setup. In Finale Preferences I don't see an option for "Save and Print". Is that somewhere else?

Ooops! I was thinking of past versions of Finale. One of those nagging problems that appears to have been removed or moved. If you can find it, most likely that is your problem. Let's not hope it's built into the program inaccessible to the user.

Printing on the Mac and Windows has made big changes with 25. The way you used to do it doesn't work anymore. Read the Help files so you know what to expect and how to get what you want. Once you have done so, it's a lot easier to answer any specific questions that remain.

Thanks guys. I found the solution from MakeMusic support... a quirky workaround, in terms of having to create custom page sizes that are identical to the standard sizes.
