Hello,

In the past I have incorporated an audio track in to finale. Recently, the audio track, after loading in the song, plays that piece a step and three quarters too high and the tempo is also messed up. I tried different songs thinking there was an issue with the mp3, but each song is treated the same way. I tried to load the same audio track on another computer with finale and it worked, so I'm not sure what's the issue. Thank you in advance for any help.

I can't believe no one has answered yet. This sounds like a sample rate disagreement. Check that the audio file is the same sample rate as your computers audio output. Most likely one is 48000hz and the other is 44100hz, this will cause the issue you mentioned and fixing it should resolve it.
