Printmusic 14...Windows 10...

My system sat down and I had to restart my PC from scratch....In doing so I lost most of my apps including Printmusic....Mow, when I try to down load I am told that I have to de-authorise before redownloading to the same PC, but I cannot find a 'button' that allows me to deauthorise, so that I can authorise it again...Any ideas how I can solve this.

If you cannot reset your authorization by going to your account at finalemusic.com, then you should click on the "Submit a request" link above to open a case with Finale support directly.

The button is in your MakeMusic User Account, not PrintMusic. It will be labeled Manage Authorizations. If not there, what J Adrian says.

 

If you are on a site or EDU license managed by a company or institution, you need to contact that License Administrator instead.
