(Edit: After more looking, several pages into YouTube, there are some great examples/ideas by pkmtKuma and Masa Shira.)
There are several places where I can hear how Finale notation is being used by the music community (e.g., recent Star Wars). That's great, but I'm interested in hearing how much music people are squeezing out of this incredible software, as a "one-man band".
The strings and percussion sounds are usually great just "off the shelf", but for certain brass effects, for example, you have to do some tweaking, and not just switching from Trumpet Player 1 to 2 in the Score Manager.
Some examples I've heard were unbelievable, and I couldn't believe they weren't live. But searching YouTube with "Finale", "Finale Notation Software", and "Finale Examples" has only yielded pages of tutorials, so far. So, I'll continue looking there, but if anyone has other suggestions... I'm all ears...
Jon
Oh, I'm using Finale 12 on a Surface Pro3 (so, if anyone knows how to enlarge the Score Manager text, I'd be grateful).
