Amongst numerous other issues which I am attempting to solve with the v25 print set-up, the preset function seems not to work. On previous versions it has been possible to save selections including a page range order for booklet printing (4,1,2,3 8,1,2,7,6,3,4,5 etc). On v25 selecting a previously saved preset doesn't work. Re-entering the sequence and saving it also doesn't work. Anyone found a solution?

Thanks but I'm not sure that it helps to know that. I've been using Macs since they started and by and large I'm very happy with them. This issue is peculiar in that an upgrade which is apparently designed to take advantage of newer technology has not avoided making some features of the software dysfunctional. Whether this is confined to Macs I don't know but surely the time when Apple was considered a niche product (at least in the UK) has gone and any upgrade should work on any platform.
I have had it confirmed today that the preset issue is a known bug - though it has taken some effort to get this information - and a repair is in hand.

I didn't see Mac OS in your original post and yes, anyone needs to know that before they can help you.
Best to ignore previous versions for now and read the Help files for Mac in 25. The Win files will be of title help here. When you have specific questions, feel free to ask them.
Otherwise, there are many, many threads on printing from Mac as well as plenty more on printing from Windows.
